UPDATE - Nov 05 15:20 CET by Starym
And we're all done! Our Siege of Orgrimmar Heroic coverage is officially over as we have both the 10 and 25 man top 20! Tier 16 lasted for exactly 50 days with the first guild being done with it in two weeks - it's been a great one and it'll be a while until the next raid so thanks to everyone that followed the race with us. We'll still add the remaining 3 spots in the US 10 man Garrosh top 5 as they come in to the tables, but that's pretty much it.

Here are the final standings:

UPDATE - Nov 04 14:41 CET by Starym
Almost all done people! We finally have a US No.1 and it is quite the upset. After Avast have been dominating the entire tier up to the final boss, Nightmare Asylum have pulled a win at the very last boss. World (West) 16th and big congrats to them! To make matters worse for Avast, Modest grabbed the US No.2 a mere 2 hours after Nightmare Asylum, finishing in 17th overall. We also got another four guilds across the finish line, with Perception, Spiters and Herp Derp all downing Garrosh before Nightmare Asylum for the 13th, 14th and 15th Eu and West spots!

UPDATE - Oct 28 14:40 CET by Starym
Yesterday was a big day for 25 man as we got another three guilds across the finish line and we only need one more to complete the top 20! Pwnanza and Immersion got the 17th and 18th spots as well as EU 13th and 14th, while Vigil snagged the penultimate top 20 spot as well as a US 5th! Congratulations to all the finishers!

UPDATE - Oct 27 13:17 CET by Starym
The Top 10 is here! Inner Sanctum and Tranq close out the No.9 and 10 spots, both overall and in the EU, downing Garrosh recently. And the top 10 is:

1. Paragon
2. Depraved
3. Sanitas
4. nfaculty Hordlinge
5. Moonz
6. CrushTest
7. Practice
8. Irradiated
9. Inner Sanctum
10. Tranq

UPDATE - Oct 22 15:44 CET by Starym
We have a US fourth finisher! The absolute loudest guild in the rankings, WHATEVER WERE AWESOME is done with the expansion and finished in 16th place and stayed in that US top 5.
Meanwhile in tenland we have yet to see any US finishers, but Irradiated join the 7 other EU guilds that have finished and got Garrosh down, claiming their No.8 spot.

UPDATE - Oct 21 05:05 CET by Starym
Another two downed Garrosh today and claimed the 14th and 15th spots on the list, namely Be Negative and Rapid Eye Movement.
Practice are also done with the expansion and claim the No.7 spot.

UPDATE - Oct 19 03:05 CET by Starym
We have two more finishers! Prestige Gaming and Not So Serious have crossed the finish line and downed Garrosh for the 12th and 13 spots, as well as the EU 9 and 10!

UPDATE - Oct 18 15:18 CET by Starym
More done! CrushTest grab the 6th spot on the podium and down Garrosh for 14/14!

UPDATE - Oct 17 15:43 CET by Starym
And we have a Paragons Top 20! 20 guilds on 13/14 with two US guilds rounding out the final two spots and also claiming the US 5th and 6th spots, namely Promethean and Vigil. This is Promethean's first top 5 placement this tier and they've been steadily improving since their Spoils kill, congrats to them!

UPDATE - Oct 17 04:45 CET by Starym
Yet more movement today as we get our 11th, but more importantly, the US 3rd! Duality got past Garrosh and are done with the expansion as well! In Paragons news Black Lotus also got passed em and are currently in 18th place.
Not much happening recently in 10 man, with only Paragons kills present, although there was a US second by Modest for the overall 16th and Encore beating them out by 1 place in 15th. Still only 5 guilds finished the race in this particular discipline.

UPDATE - Oct 16 22:30 CET by Starym
And we have a Top 10! Set sail for fail grabbed the final spot some 20 minutes ago and crossed the finish line taking the EU 8th as well.

UPDATE - Oct 16 02:49 CET by Starym
It's Garrosh is dead day it seems with yet another guild downing the final boss of the expansion. It was genuine's turn this time around and they grabbed the World (West) 9th and EU 7th! Only one spot left in that vaunted Top 10

UPDATE - Oct 15 23:24 CET by Starym
It's been a crazy couple of hours it seems, with two more crossing the finish line and giving us our top 5! nfaculty Hordlinge claim the No.4 spot mere 5 minutes ahead of Moonz who got the 5th spot. It seems crazy to think that after the boss has been up for weeks these two guilds kill it so close to one another!
We're nearing a top 10 with yet another guild downing Garrosh and finishing up this final tier. Ascendance claim the No.8 spot as well as the EU 6th, congratulations to them!

UPDATE - Oct 14 18:43 CET by Starym
And we finally have the US first on Paragons of the Klaxxi! It's Avast once again, claiming their 10th US first, as well as the World (West) 14th. Brotherhood of the Wolf and Prime beat them to the kill though, and got the 12th and 13th spots on the leaderboard.
We also have another entry to the Paragons down list, with Pwnanza  claiming the 17 spot.

UPDATE - Oct 13 21:54 CET by Starym
We have our next finisher! ScrubBbusters continue their climb to the top through the past few tiers and end the final tier in 7th place as well as the EU 5th!

UPDATE - Oct 13 04:12 CET by Starym
And we have a 6th guild over the finish line! TG Gaming claim the World (West) No.6 and EU 4th along with the German first.

UPDATE - Oct 13 01:25 CET by Starym
We have a bunch more Paragons kills today, with Be Negative getting the World (West) 16th, EU 12th in 25 man; Fusion and Tranq the 10th and 11th spots in 10 man.

UPDATE - Oct 12 16:40 CET by Starym
There's been some US Siegecrafter action in the last day, but before that we have another entry in the Paragons down file, Practice get the World (West) and EU 9th. And on Mr. Blackfuse we have a No.3 and No.4 US kill with Arathian Knights jumping several places to grab the bronze away from Nightmare Asylum in No.4.

UPDATE - Oct 12 03:51 CET by Starym
Depraved have gone and hit up the video of their kill today and you can check it out here. I'm not going to comment on "kill video etiquette".

UPDATE - Oct 12 01:59 CET by Starym
And of course everything has to happen on the day I'm away! Rapid Eye Movement grab the 15th spot and EU 11th on 25m Paragons while Inner Santum got the 8th spot in 10 man on the same boss.

UPDATE - Oct 11 22:10 CET by Dodar
Depraved couldn't let Paragon be the only 10 man guild downing Garrosh and took their World (West) 2nd on this boss, closely followed by Sanitas in 3rd place.

UPDATE - Oct 11 04:31 CET by Starym
Two more additions to the Paragons down list - set sail for fail got the 13th spot on the list and WHATEVER WERE AWESOME the 14th, along with a US 4th.

UPDATE - Oct 10 10:13 CET by Dodar
Midwinter finishes this content with a really great 5th place, one place behind Blood Legion in the US race! Gratulations guys.

UPDATE - Oct 08 23:13 CET by Starym
Something weird has been happening in the last hour, with 4 guilds in both races downing Paragons! We have Not So Serious, Prestige Gaming and Ascendance claiming spots 10 through 12 and EU 7 through 10, the last two within minutes of eachother.
Only 1 down in 10 man, but also within the 1 hour magic windown, namely CrushTest, with their World (West) and EU 7th Paragons kill.

UPDATE - Oct 08 12:10 CET by Dodar
Almost missed that one, Modest got the US 2nd on Siegecrafter

UPDATE - Oct 08 05:10 CET by Starym
More action, although not of the Garrosh variety. Duality grab the US 3rd, World (West) 9th on Paragons.

UPDATE - Oct 08 00:44 CET by Starym
It's just not Garrosh's day - two kills in 12 hours. This time around it's Envy doing the imprisoning and getting a nice World (West) 4th and EU 3rd as a reward! Congratulations all round.

UPDATE - Oct 07 18:05 CET by Starym
KIN Raiders, the champions of tier 13 and Deathwing have finished the Siege and earned themselves an Asia 4th kill on Garrosh!

UPDATE - Oct 06 18:50 CET by Starym
And Method's Garrosh video is out! It seems the Asia vids influenced them into posting theirs with only 3 guilds killing it so here it is:

UPDATE - Oct 06 18:29 CET by Starym
Exorsus are done! They also re-confirm the spot they've held throughout the expansion and grab the World (West) 3rd on Garrosh! Big congratulations to them and a great final placement, the bronze is nothing to sneer at! 14/14 and the EU secind as well.

Garrosh Hellscream 25 man World (West) 3rd, EU 2nd by Exorsus

UPDATE - Oct 05 18:26 CET by Starym
And they've done it! Paragon have retained their No.1 status and done the same thing Method did in 25 man, Garrosh Hellscream World (West) First! 638 pulls of persistence and an amazing show of dedication. Whether Garrosh was more difficult in 10 or not, it was certainly a very challenging boss and he's finally down. Huge congratulations to Paragon, who actually had some competition in this tier but still managed to come out on top and claim the entire expansion as their own, every single endboss.

Garrosh Hellscream 10 man World (West) First by Paragon

We also have another 10 Garrosh kill, but from Asia, where Aristocrat Lordliness also got him down 2nd in that particular race.

UPDATE - Oct 05 16:01 CET by Starym
The next in the Paragons down squad is Irradiated, World (West) and EU 6th! Quite a large amount of guilds on Garrosh now and still no kill, seems like the 10 man version is quite the challenge!

UPDATE - Oct 05 01:49 CET by Starym
ScrubBusters yet again prove they are a force to be reckoned with and solidify their top 10 status, grabbing the World (West) 8th, EU 6th on Paragons of the Klaxxi.

UPDATE - Oct 04 20:49 CET by Starym
It's a kill bonanza today with Paragons dropping left and right. Moonz are the lastest to claim their victory over the Klaxxi folk, with their World (West) and EU 5th. 13/14.

UPDATE - Oct 04 19:59 CET by Starym
TG Gaming are the first in a long while to break through to 13/14 and they grabbed the World (West) 6th, EU 4th on Paragons of the Klaxxi! And as the Germans apparently do everything together genuine also downed Paragons, a mere 3 minutes behind TG, and are now in spot No.7.

In Asian news, Wings of Aurora have also downed Garrosh, claiming the 3rd spot in their race. Congratualtions on finishing the tier!

UPDATE - Oct 04 16:10 CET by Starym
Well, well, well... It seems that even though they can't compete with the rest of the World due to the changes to their game, Asian guilds are dead set on at least affecting the race. Stars|KeaHoarl have released their Garrosh kill video. Yep, can't add much more to that; if you think it's ok to influence the race in this way and that guilds should be able to release their own videos whenever they want then this won't bother you in the slightest, but some of us find it disruptive to the competition. Here's the video...
On a more positive note, those are some awesome nerdscreams.

UPDATE - Oct 04 15:04 CET by Dodar
More 10 man kills! Avast claims the US first on Siegecrafter Blackfuse. They are a bit behind the European guilds with this World (West) 10th, but still in the game!

UPDATE - Oct 04 04:42 CET by Starym
The day has been kind to Siegecrafter killers, with Practice gaining the No.9 spot in 10 man, Immersion and Promethean grabbing the final two top 20 spots in 25 man.

UPDATE - Oct 04 01:02 CET by Starym
There was also an Asian silver medal handed out today, with Style claiming the 2nd kill on Garrosh! Congratulations to them as well!

UPDATE - Oct 04 00:50 CET by Starym
And Blood Legion have done it! They've secured their silver medal at the end of Mists of Pandaria, a well deserved and consistent ranking. Obviously they also retained their US first status and cemented themselves in the annals of the elite guilds of WoW history. World (West) 2nd and US first on Garrosh Hellscream and a well deserved rest incoming.

Garrosh Hellscream 25 man World (West) 2nd, US first by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Oct 03 19:45 CET by Starym
It seems CrushTest's kill has sparked up the 10 man race and Hordlinge took up the torch and downed Paragons of the Klaxxi World (West) and EU 4th! With 4 guilds now at Garrosh, Paragon's lead is dwindling and we may see an upset this tier yet! (I'm not giving up on the curse!!11)
Tranq also took up the call and downed Siegecrafter WW and EU 8th.

UPDATE - Oct 03 18:00 CET by Starym
10 man is alive! With the last update coming 4 days ago I was starting to get worried, but it's Russians to the rescue! CrushTest finished off Siegecrafter Blackfuse and grabbed that World (West) and EU 7th place.

UPDATE - Oct 03 16:26 CET by Dodar
Ascension filled up the US Top 5 on Siegecrafter, still in the top 20 with the 18th spot.

UPDATE - Oct 03 14:39 CET by Dodar
Progress! Stars|KeaHoarl got the Asian first 25 Garrosh hc! Congratulations.

Asia First Garrosh 25 heroic by Stars|KeaHoarl

UPDATE - Oct 03 05:35 CET by Starym
Something happened! As unlikely as that may sound, we did in fact get a crumb of activity after the reset: the US 4th on Siegecrafter by WHATEVER WERE AWESOME who climbed up 1 spot on the US charts.

UPDATE - Oct 02 05:48 CET by Starym
Here we are in week 3 of this Heroic race and we already have a winner in 25 man, as well as in Asia 10. Only two guilds have so far downed Garrosh, the latter under...less than standard circumstances. With Method taking it easy (or at least easier) this reset the race's focus comes to Paragon on the West 10 man side and Blood Legion, Exorsus and Envy on the 25 man side. Both Paragon and BL have one or two days' advantage on Garrosh tries over their competition, but with the new reset coming up and Garrosh being a steep gear check, that advantage may evaporate quickly. In Asian 25 man Stars|KeaHoarl are up against WIngs of Aurora and KIN Raiders and have an even smaller advantage in time spent on Garrosh. It's pretty certain we'll be seeing more 14/14 this reset, and perhaps even today, so let's not kid ourselves by thinking the race is over and that we know how it ends. The curse may yet get Paragon, and then my constant mentioning of it will be vindicated.

UPDATE - Oct 02 01:56 CET by Starym
Two more guilds hop onboard the 12/14 train and claim the 15th and 16h kills on Siegecrafter - set sail for fail and Advance, respectively.

UPDATE - Oct 01 17:30 CET by Starym
More Method action, with the release of their World (West) first Paragons of the Klaxxi video.
Prestige Gaming also made it to the the 12/14 mark, World (West) 14th, EU 11th on Siegecrafter.

UPDATE - Oct 01 09:06 CET by Dodar
Method downing Garrosh doesnt stop the other guilds from pushing hard! Midwinter came with another suprise Kill! Paragons of Klaxxi are down, World 5th and US 2nd!

US 2nd Paragons of Klaxxi by Midwinter

UPDATE - Oct 01 03:13 CET by Starym
And we have the Nerdscreams! And for those wondering what that Heroic phase is all about and whether Garrosh actually dies in the Heroic version, this is basically what that phase is.
In other trivia, Method needed between 250 and 272 pulls to down Garrosh.

UPDATE - Oct 01 02:54 CET by Starym
For those of you not familiar with "the curse" and the unprecedented nature of this kill, let me repost what was already stated a while ago: no guild that has dominated an expansion (i.e. was considered the No.1 guild throughout the expansion) has actually managed to win the race in the final tier of that same expansion. Death & Taxes lost on the very final boss of Vanilla to Nihilum, Nihilum lost in the final tier of The Burning Crusade to SK Gaming, Ensidia was beaten by Paragon in Icecrown, Paragon (with a lot of technical issues and weirdness) lost to KIN Raiders in the final tier of Cataclysm.

UPDATE - Oct 01 02:06 CET by Starym
And so it was. Method are the first guild in World of Warcraft history to finish an expansion that they'd thoroughly dominated on top in the final tier. 25 man Heroic Garrosh Hellscream brought them this honor and they claim it with pride. Four out of five endboss firsts in this expansion after a very long history in WoW raiding, Method truly are a juggernaut and have come to rest at the top of the heap. Death & Taxes, Nihilum, Ensidia, Paragon - none of these giants managed to finish up the expansion they were dominant in on top at the end, but Method have claimed that first as well and are now unique among the top guilds of WoW history.

Garrosh Hellscream 25 man World First by Method

No amount of congratulations is enough, but they have ours anyway and we'll be speaking to them in-depth very soon - just as soon as they wake from the comatose sleep that probably set in just after the celebrations subsided.

UPDATE - Oct 01 00:34 CET by Starym
Just to mess up my little list below, Ascendance went and killed Siegecrafter World (West) 13th, EU 10th! Damn them! To be fair they killed it an hour ago, but Wowprog just updated, so damn them a little less!

UPDATE - Sep 30 00:14 CET by Starym
I'm going to risk it and say it's been relatively quiet today at the top of both races and hope that doesn't cause Garrosh to spontaneously combust and die. With this little calm period it's time again to look at the standings and see how many guilds are at how many bosses killed (this is the number of guilds that have cleared up to a certain point in the instance - so 1/14 doesn't signify all guilds that killed Immerseus, just those that only killed him) and to hear some new names mentioned in the race!

13/14 - Envy, Exorsus, Blood Legion, Method
12/14 - Wraith, Duality, Rapid Eye Movement, Not So Serious, ScrubBusters, genuine, TG Gaming, Midwinter
11/14 - Century, Legends Never Die, Ad Infinitum, Unhuman, Apex, Schwingen des Phoenix, Hope n Despair,                                  Flawless, Exploding Labrats, Be Negative, Taiga, Black Lotus, Pwnanza, Promethean, Vigil, WHATEVER                              WERE AWESOME, Ascension, CATASTROPHE, Immersion, set sail for fail, Advance, Prestige Gaming,                             Ascendance (23 guilds)

              9/14 - 39 guilds
              8/14 - 55 guilds
              7/14 - 13 guilds

              2/14 - 85 guilds
              1/14 - 56 guilds

13/14 - Sanitas, Depraved, Paragon

            10/14 -  33 guilds
              9/14 -  57 guilds
              8/14 -  83 guilds
              7/14 -  46 guilds

              3/14 - 151 guilds
              2/14 -  84 guilds
              1/14 - 248 guilds

UPDATE - Sep 30 21:49 CET by Starym
A trickle of action on this slow evening, Wraith have managed to not fall into a hole and instead downed Siegecrafter World (West) 12th, EU 9th. The 12th 12/14, that's gotta be some kind of good luck charm.

UPDATE - Sep 30 18:17 CET by Starym
Irradiated climb 3 spots to claim the World (West) and EU 6th spot on Siegecrafter, in a bit of an upset skipping US leaders Avast (who are actually an Oceanic gu)

UPDATE - Sep 30 06:33 CET by Starym
The day keeps giving and giving. We have a US 3rd on Siegecrafter Blackfuse by Duality, and overall 11th. This makes it 7 guilds on 12/14.

UPDATE - Sep 30 02:33 CET by Starym
KIN raiders got the Asia 3rd on Paragons several hours ago, congrats!

UPDATE - Sep 30 00:41 CET by Starym
Things are heating up today in both races as we have another entry on 13/14. Sanitas have climbed back to their third spot and grabbed the World (West) and EU 3rd on Paragons of the Klaxxi and are now even with Paragon and Depraved - the Scandinavian trio is back!

UPDATE - Sep 30 00:08 CET by Starym
Well, this is what happens when I only rely on Wowprogress for standings - errors. It appears that it was actually Not So Serious that got the No.9 on Siegecrafter and Rapid Eye Movement the No.10. Apologies for the confusion.

UPDATE - Sep 29 23:57 CET by Starym
And we have a bit of an upset! Rapid Eye Movement have jumped into 9th place, downing Siegecrafter Blackfuse EU 7th and hopping up a gigantic 7 spots. Big congratulations to them and we hope to have another contender in the top guild race! 12/14.

UPDATE - Sep 29 23:02 CET by Starym
Envy grab the No.4 spot on Paragons of the Klaxxi! With four guilds at the last boss now and Garrosh being somewhat tough, this race might get messy yet again, even though Method have a significant lead. In any case congratulations to Envy and lets hope we get at least another reset out of this race. Apologies for the temporary site downtime as well.

UPDATE - Sep 29 16:55 CET by Starym
Hordlinge pop into No.5 and down Siegecrafter Blackfuse. We now have an all EU top 5 with 2 guilds on 13 and the rest on 12/14.

UPDATE - Sep 29 15:56 CET by Starym
Exorsus are still hanging in there at the No.3 spot, but their luck is going downhill. As you may remember they had a lot of server issues, wasting quite some hours of their Siegecrafter attempts. Well, now it's something new - their Garrosh won't spawn. They're getting some help from GMs, but it's already been 3-4 hours of no boss. Luckily Garrosh seems like a tough cookie so this delay won't be as crucial as on some of the easier bosses. Let's hope the issue gets resolved soon! - The issue was resolved, but cost them around 7 hours of tries on Garrosh.

UPDATE - Sep 29 14:17 CET by Dodar
Another Thok-kill: Esoteric downed the Dinosaur US 5th and is now going for Siegecrafter!

UPDATE - Sep 29 03:56 CET by Starym
Wings of Aurora's stream of their Asia 2nd kill is available online and you can check it out here. We wouldn't normally want to advertise the video's existence, but the top guilds already know about it so any potential damage is already done.

UPDATE - Sep 29 02:30 CET by Starym
Things always happen close to eachother and Exorsus decided that all this 10 man attention isn't ok. To resolve this they went ahead and downed Paragons World (West) 3rd and got themselves a huge advantage over the other 12/13ers! It's a 3 man race now at the top for the West first and the curse is looming again.

UPDATE - Sep 29 02:21 CET by Starym
And Garrosh is dead! Don't get excited, though, it's only 10 man on Asian servers, aka 8 ilevels higher 25 man loot + the separate resets! In any case it's the first recorded kill of the boss, even though we clearly track Asian servers separately because of this significant gear advantage. It's Tian qi again, the same guild that got Paragons first (please correct me if the name isn't the right translation).

Garrosh Hellscream 10 man Asia First by 天 啟 (Tian qi)

UPDATE - Sep 28 20:53 CET by Starym
And we have a No.2! Depraved continue their silver position hoarding and join Paragon on 13/14. World (West) 2nd on Paragons of the Klaxxi! Can the curse still happen on the 10 man side?

UPDATE - Sep 28 19:18 CET by Starym
It seems Wings of Aurora have downed Paragons Asia second! Big thanks to Berryp and sagabomb for the updates! Armory confirms the kill so there's no doubt!

UPDATE - Sep 28 18:59 CET by Starym
Moonz! Another Siegecrafter kill and a West and EU 4th for the guild we know well from Throne of Thunder! A repeat from Thok and 12/14, congratulations!

UPDATE - Sep 28 09:59 CET by Dodar
Big Thanks to AngrybirdsTW , we now have the Stars|Keahoarl Killshot:

Paragons of the Klaxxi 25 man Asia First by Stars|KeaHoarl

UPDATE - Sep 28 04:04 CET by Starym
It's been a while since our last Thok o'clock update and the great big dinosaur is back! Nightmare Asylum grab the US third and join the now 23 strong pack on 11/14.

UPDATE - Sep 28 02:40 CET by Starym
Confirmed now, thanks to bryana for the link, Stars|KeaHoarl did indeed down Paragons ahead od Blood Legion, grabbing the Asia first. Congratulations and good luck on Garrosh!

UPDATE - Sep 28 02:20 CET by Starym
It seems Stars|KeaHoarl had also downed Paragons of the Klaxxi, Asia first and before Blood Legion's West 2nd. I can't seem to find any official confirmation or screenshot, but it's been widely reported (and apologies for the late update - I've been afk this afternoon and my colleagues are...less observant). So if anyone has an armory link/screenshot to throw our way we'd be grateful!

UPDATE - Sep 28 00:38 CET by Starym
And we have a No.2! Blood Legion have finally downed Paragons and again showed their supremacy over the rest of the pack! It took a while, but if Garrosh is a true endboss my end-of-expansion-curse theory is totally still viable...

Paragons of the Klaxxi 25 man World (West) 2nd, US first by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 27 09:15 CET by Dodar
We have some movement in US 10s! Divinity just took the US 2nd on Thok

UPDATE - Sep 27 03:06 CET by Starym
Some more updates, on Thok this time, with Vigil just barely missing out on the top 20, but still grabbing that US 6th kill.
As was pointed out in the comments, CrushTest got the Thok kill quite a while ago but it is still registered as 25 man - however we're just going to assume they didn't suddenly add 15 players to their roster and go with their 17th spot. Refuge also got past 11/14 and reside in 18th place.

UPDATE - Sep 27 01:59 CET by Starym
When it rains it pours - 3 kills in a little over an hour, it must be a smoke break for Siegecrafter as he's being downed by the bucketloads. ScrubBusters manage a big leap from their prior 12th spot up to No.8 and EU 6th! We have quite the crowd staring at Paragons now and it may yet get messy, perhaps even for Blood Legion.

UPDATE - Sep 27 01:20 CET by Starym
Well that was close. As predicted, things are getting really hot as genuine just killed Siegecrafter very close to TG's kill. World (West) 7th, EU 5th.

UPDATE - Sep 27 00:41 CET by Starym
TG Gaming! They're the newest addition to the top pack on 12/14 and at No.6 on Siegecrafter (EU 4th) they aren't to be messed with! The rankings keep shifting from boss to boss with the 3rd spot onwards and the race is really going to get exciting in that field towards the end!

UPDATE - Sep 26 22:10 CET by Starym
A surprisingly uneventful day today, with Paragons holding their own from everyone but the No.1 guilds in both races. With the gear boost from the second reset, however, they could be going down very soon and since there's no word on Garrosh we can still hope he'll last at least a few more days and, if we're very lucky, another reset.

UPDATE - Sep 26 17:17 CET by Starym
Paragon got Paragons! Confusing nomenclature aside, the Finnish guild surprised no one with their World (West) First kill of the penultimate boss in SoO, congrats! Also, hell must have frozen over several times, as we managed to get a killshot as well! Big thanks to Seita for enduring my spam and begging.

Paragons of the Klaxxi 10 man World (West) First by Paragon

UPDATE - Sep 26 15:43 CET by Starym
We're getting closer to a top 20 on Thok with two more guilds heading up to 11/14, namely Russians Brotherhood of the Wolf and Cynetic in spots 15 and 16.

UPDATE - Sep 26 07:42 CET by Dodar
Finally we have the Top 5 US for Thok! WHATEVER WERE AWESOME killed the Dinosaur and got at least a World 20 spot.

UPDATE - Sep 26 03:53 CET by Starym
So, um, I don't know how to say this but...Method just 1-shot Paragons of the Klaxxi. Yes. That happened.
It seems it was just a very tight DPS check and even a week's worth of gear was enough to completely overpower them, similarly to Siegecrafter. It seems like a pretty good way to balance encounters, however, as the first guilds at bosses have it incredibly tough while the more casual ones still have a shot with a few weeks' worth of loot.

UPDATE - Sep 26 03:37 CET by Starym
Method posted their World First Siegecrafter Blackfuse kill video and you can check it out here.

UPDATE - Sep 26 02:17 CET by Starym
Some 10 man happenings at this relatively late hour - Sanitas have broken through the 12/14 barrier, downing Siegecrafter World (West) and EU 3rd. Can they compete with Paragon and Depraved on Paragons?

UPDATE - Sep 25 23:51 CET by Starym
It seems Siegecrafter is a significantly lesser challenge with another reset worth of loot - Envy are the second guild today to join the 12/14 club and they claim the EU 3rd, World 5th.

UPDATE - Sep 25 23:22 CET by Starym
And here we go! This evening's top tier action kicks off as Exorsus get the World 4th, EU 2nd on Siegecrafter Blackfuse and join BL and Midwinter on 12/14!

UPDATE - Sep 25 19:20 CET by Starym
It's been a calm day of re-clearing for both races and aside from Ascension's Thok kill nothing much has happened in the top range of progress. Garrosh will soon be put to the test, and it will be interesting to see how fast Method can get back to 13/14.

UPDATE - Sep 25 12:30 CET by Dodar
Well, almost missed it but Ascension managed to get the US 4th on Thok the Bloodthirsty! Still in the Top 20 with World 19th.

UPDATE - Sep 25 02:08 CET by Starym
It's not just Method getting stuff done today, with two more guilds joining the 11/14 club in the past few hours - Fusion and Disbanded reach Thok o'clock at No.13 and 14.

UPDATE - Sep 24 23:59 CET by Starym
There has been a bit of a discussion brewing about the Asian World First situation and we though we'd clarify our position on the matter, so if you're interested read about it here.

UPDATE - Sep 24 23:42 CET by Starym
And a preview of what's to come, the big bad:

UPDATE - Sep 24 23:23 CET by Starym
Method have done it! They downed the penultimate boss in Siege of Orgrimmar, Paragons of the Klaxxi World First! There's only Garrosh left and they have several hours of tries on him before the servers go down for maintenance and the reset has them clearing the whole instance again. It seems Method are indeed heading for a World First in several ways, aka they might just be the first guild to finish on top in the expansion that they thoroughly dominated.

Paragons of the Klaxxi 25 man World First by Method

UPDATE - Sep 24 21:45 CET by Starym
Time for a double header update like in the old days! Caps lock brothers CATASTROPHE and IRON LION ZION downed Thok, the former in 25 man and mere minutes ago and the latter yesterday during all that exploit nastyness. World 18th for the 25 man guild, 11th for the 10 man! Encore also joined the 11/14 10 man club very recently.

UPDATE - Sep 24 19:38 CET by Starym
And we have an Asia first Paragon of the Klaxxi kill...sort of. Tian qi have taken their insanely overpowered higher item level 25 man gear into 10 man and wiped the floor with Paragons, as is to be expected. Their 10 man is tuned the same as US/EU versions so it's significantly easier to do with 10/25 man separate resets + OP 25 man gear. So technically it's a first but 10 mans in Asia really don't mean much when the 25 man guilds get involved. At the very least it seems Paragons are doable and simply a matter of gear, which is good news! Here's the killshot, in case you were wondering.

UPDATE - Sep 24 17:28 CET by Starym
We have a World second! Depraved stepped up 10 minutes ago and downed Siegecrafter Blackfuse! A pretty amazing accomplishment and huge grats from all of us here! Now it's up to Sanitas and Avast to catch up if they want a shot at that World 2nd spot at the end of the race.

UPDATE - Sep 24 10:11 CET by Dodar
Midwinter just hopped into the Top 3 with defeating Siegecrafter! Nice work, guys! Guess not many would have expected this.

Siegecrafter Blackfuse 25m World 3rd/US 2nd by Midwinter

UPDATE - Sep 24 03:44 CET by Starym
And there's a hotfix for the exploit already!

There's a late hotfix that came in after I finished typing it up concerning him not using his attacks/not needing to kite. - Source

UPDATE - Sep 24 02:31 CET by Starym
All is not well in the 11/14 camp, as there's been an exploit published today (around 19 hour ago) on how to avoid one of the major abilities on Thok, leading to some, perhaps a tad too easy kills. Conspicuous turning off of streams and other fishy occurrences are adding up! Of course, we can't be sure of who's doing what and if anyone is using it at all, but we should definitely keep it in mind as we see more and more guilds magically pop up on 11/14!
To anyone that exploited it: you are bad and should feel bad. That is all.

Luckily this isn't the endboss so the final standings (and even the 12/14 standings, at that) will reflect the true skill of the guilds. And hopefully a hotfix will arrive soon as well.

UPDATE - Sep 24 01:02 CET by Starym
Action abounds! Rapid Eye Movement and Immersion have crossed the 11/14 threshold and joined the 15-strong Thok killer club within 8 minutes of each other!
Only one new entry in Thok o'clock here, with a new face, Spiters, getting to 11/14 10th  in the world, 9th EU. Congrats!

UPDATE - Sep 23 22:01 CET by Starym
It's 10 man what Thok day today it seems, with two more kills - Tranq and Irradiated get the World 8 and 9 spots and are in the main group with 11/14.

UPDATE - Sep 23 20:29 CET by Starym
Finally some 10 man action! Practice have stormed the charts and taken Thok down World 7th, EU 6th!

UPDATE - Sep 23 20:24 CET by Starym
And we have a Siegecrafter Blackfuse video already. But it's not from our race, so let's hope the fight and strategies are sufficiently different on the Asian servers so it doesn't affect progress. Check out the video here.

UPDATE - Sep 23 19:21 CET by Starym
There's a hell of a race brewing for the third place in this tier, and as we've seen on Thok it's already very hotly contested. With Exorsus, genuine, Envy, TG Gaming and Wraith all very close to eachother so far and Siegecrafter being an intense and very difficult challenge this is turning out to be the most exciting spot in the race. Unfortunately some of them are suffering server issues, with Exorsus unable to raid for around 3 hours today and Envy having had their instance servers go down several times. Genuine's has been fine so far and we don't know about the other two.
In any case, regardless of stability issues this is the one to watch, both on Siegecrafter and beyond.

UPDATE - Sep 23 17:15 CET by Starym
As pointed out by pixul in the comments, we missed Vigil's US 5th on Spoils of Pandaria. Apologies!

UPDATE - Sep 23 15:58 CET by Starym
Staying with the Asian guilds for a while, it seems Winf of Aurora have gotten the 2nd kill on Siegecrafter 25 man. Thanks to Samuel in the comments for the update!

UPDATE - Sep 23 15:30 CET by Starym
Good morning everyone! We have an Asia server update, as mentioned by the commenters quite a while ago - Stars and Keahoarl, two 25 man guilds working toghether, have gotten the Asia first on Siegecrafter Blackfuse. Keahoarl is the guild who got the Asia First 25H Lei Shen in tier 15. And so they decided to collaborate and make a mixed raid group in 5.4.

UPDATE - Sep 23 03:38 CET by Starym
Duality are back with the main pack at 11/14, claiming the US 3rd Thok kill.

UPDATE - Sep 23 01:20 CET by Starym
Some more action in the the past few hours as we got our 13th and 14th guild on 11/14! Advance and set sail for fail claim those two spots as well as the EU 11 and 12 spots. The third major group, on 10/14, now consists of 6 guilds and the fourth, 9/14, holds 11.
We got our US 5th on Spoils, the well known Nightmare Asylum claims the honors, making it 21 guilds on 10/14. The group above them, 11/14 has only 5 guilds in it and the one above that has exactly one. 9/14 is also going strong with 18 guilds in that particular pack.

UPDATE - Sep 22 22:27 CET by Starym
Blood Legion catches up! World second and US first on Siegecrafter and we again have two guilds at the top. The praise for the bosses complexity and difficulty is getting even higher!

Hordlinge are hard on Moonz trail, getting Thok down World 6th, Eu 5th!

UPDATE - Sep 22 21:43 CET by Starym
Moonz gives us a little spike in the action this Sunday evening, securing the World 5th, EU 4th on Thok the Bloodthirrsty!

UPDATE - Sep 22 14:54 CET by Starym
In case you were wondering why the relatively slow update on Paragon (11 minutes!!) and Avast (30 minutes!): Dodar normally takes the morning shift and I can go sleep around 7 am, except he hasn't shown up yet. And so I skipped sleep for quite a while, but eventually the boredom of nothing happening for around 8+ hours got to me and I fell asleep at my keyboard (I'm weak, I know). Amazingly I managed to wake up randomly only 10 minutes after Paragon's WF (I'm going to assume the kill reverberated across the space-time continuum and disturbed my slumber) and then updated as fast as possible, missing out on Avast, Esoteric etc at first.

So, apologies about the delays and I swear I'm up now!

UPDATE - Sep 22 14:28 CET by Starym
To further explain the situation for those wondering how Paragon got the boss down so crazy fast: they actually tried Siegecrafter for around 90 tries before they had killed Thok and then they did the remaining 105 after Thok was down.

UPDATE - Sep 22 14:21 CET by Starym
Avast claim the US first, World 4th on Thok the Bloodthirsty and two more US guilds also got passed Spoils, with Esoteric and Skill Banner claiming the No.3 and 4 spots on that part of the Atlantic.

UPDATE - Sep 22 14:12 CET by Starym
A leading kill for Sunday lunch is just what Paragon ordered! They break away from the leading pack and take down Siegecrafter World first! It took them 195 pulls in total to down the guy and they even got us a killshot!

Siegecrafter Blackfuse 10 man World First by Paragon

UPDATE - Sep 22 02:13 CET by Starym
As we all know, a tough boss kill isn't really accepted as a kill until certain...proof is released by the guild that kills it. Method have delivered that proof to us now and it seems pretty legit:

Hint: IT'S A JOKE.

UPDATE - Sep 21 23:17 CET by Starym
There's been some more action since the last update, with two more guilds bumping up to the "everyone but Method" group, aka 11/14, Prestige Gaming and ScrubBusters being the most recent two to make Thok extinct.
Some minor movement here as well - with Irradiated, Tranq and Practice coming up to 10/14 having claimed the Spoils.

UPDATE - Sep 21 19:59 CET by Starym
Siegecrafter is DOWN! Method have somehow broken through an encounter repeatedly described as endboss caliber. World 1st! Several guilds had expressed the insane complexity of the boss, praising it as a very good encounter, but perhaps a bit much for a non-endboss. But it remains to be seen if Method are really THAT good or if it's just a matter of time. In any case let's just hope Paragons of the Klaxxi are indeed a step up from Siegecrafter, as it would be a real shame to see this progress end before the second reset.

All that aside, it seems pretty clear now that the end of expansion curse might skip Method and they'll be the first guild ever to remain on top in the final tier of the expansion they have dominated.

UPDATE - Sep 21 19:36 CET by Starym
Some 25 man action busting up our lovely 10 man Saturday, and it's Not So Serious locking in that final top 10 spot on Thok, as well as a EU 8th! Set sail for fail moved up to 10/14 and got the 15th Spoils of Pandaria kill.

UPDATE - Sep 21 19:00 CET by Starym
10 man on the march this Saturday, with Sanitas coming back up to the top, downing Thok World and EU third.

UPDATE - Sep 21 17:50 CET by Starym
Fusion and Disbanded are the latest to join the steadily growing 10/14 group now numbering 8 guilds, World 9th and 10th, respectively.

UPDATE - Sep 21 16:24 CET by Starym
It's past time for an Asia server update, however the site that tracked the kills over there has stopped working this progress and so we don't have exact information or up to date tracking. However, thanks to leonking we do know there are currently 6 guilds on Siegecrafter Blackfuse and they've been there for a while. The order of the kills is not 100% sure, aside from the No.1, but this is our best guess:

Wings of Aurora got the Asia first, followed by KIN Raiders at No.2 and Stars in the No.3 slot. Style and Apocalypse round out the top 5 with Wave Flow just missing out in No.6. If anyone has more exact stats we'd welcome any information and again big thanks to leonking for the update.

Thok the Bloodthirsty 25 man Asia First by Wings of Aurora

(Reminder: the Asian guilds don't count in the overall race due to the higher item level in 25man as well as separate 10 and 25man lockouts. They also have 8% more HP and damage on their bosses. Since we can't really tell whether the increase in difficulty is proportional to the higher item lvel and 10+25 man loot we can not count them in the overall reace.)

UPDATE - Sep 21 15:46 CET by Starym
The 10 man race is getting really intense and even though it may seem Paragon have it wrapped up as usual that may not be the case. The Thok kill from Depraved was a only 48 minutes later than Paragon's and considering the amount of time the boss was up that's insanely close. Even befoe this boss Sanitas were very consistently on Paragon's back and closing in - I'm not sure the 10 man race is quite so predictable as it once was!

UPDATE - Sep 21 15:08 CET by Dodar
Depraved doesn't give Paragon time to take a break, World and EU 2nd Thok

UPDATE - Sep 21 14:07 CET by Dodar
Aaaaaand Paragon is on top again! The Fins downed Thok a few minutes ago. Now up to Siegecrafter, who appears to be really hard in 25m.

UPDATE - Sep 21 10:30 CET by Dodar
Ascension just defeated Spoils of Pandaria, which is an US 4th/World 14th(yeah some more EU guilds on top!). Still amazing guys, keep on

UPDATE - Sep 21 08:05 CET by Dodar
Divinity took the US 2nd/World 8th on Spoils of Pandaria! So not all US 10m guilds are asleep.

UPDATE - Sep 21 00:51 CET by Ron Burgundy
A couple of updates. Ascendance took out Thok the Bloodthirsty, World 8th and EU 7th. On the American side guild Midwinter likewise downed the happy raptor for an US 2nd kill and World 9th.

UPDATE - Sep 20 20:42 CET by Dodar
After some hours we can tell you about a 10s kill again. Cynetic finished Spoils off, EU 5th World 6th.

UPDATE - Sep 20 20:31 CET by Dodar
TG Gaming is back in the top group with a their world 7th/eu 6th over thok!

UPDATE - Sep 20 19:54 CET by Dodar
With Wraith another guild managed to kill Thok. EU 5th, World 6th. They get closer to the top!

UPDATE - Sep 20 17:17 CET by Starym
And we have a combo breaker! Another Russian guild, Prestige Gaming, have secured the No.10 spot as well as the EU 7th on Spoils of Pandaria.

UPDATE - Sep 20 17:12 CET by Starym
The fever continues, as Spoils open their chest to another guild. Ok, that was terrible, but no matter - CrushTest claims the World No.5 spot as well as the Eu No.4 on the tenth boss of Siege of Orgrimmar.

UPDATE - Sep 20 16:39 CET by Starym
10 man fever! After Modest's US 3rd on Malkorok, Depraved do one better and grab the World 4th, EU 3rd on Spoils of Pandaria. That makes it 4 guilds on 10/14 and considering Thok seems to be a bit of a serious boss we may see some upsets this tier yet!

UPDATE - Sep 20 15:51 CET by Dodar
One word: Avast! These guys always come back! World 3rd/US First Spoils of Pandaria!

UPDATE - Sep 20 13:55 CET by Dodar
More and more guilds are passing Malkorok now, with the last being Fragile. Now 11 guilds are at 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 20 12:13 CET by Dodar
So the guilds are really stuck with their bosses. No movement in the past hours. Blizzard made a great job with the last bosses and this race is not as disappointing as we expected after the first bosses.

UPDATE - Sep 20 06:20 CET by Starym
Something happened! Divnity have awoken from their slumber and slammed Malkorok down for US 2nd, World 10th and 9/14! Earlier Hordlinge and Cynetic downed the same boss for the 8th and 9th spots, EU 7 and 6.

UPDATE - Sep 20 04:44 CET by Starym
It would seem that Method have released both their Spoils of Pandaria and Thok the Bloodthirsty kill videos. You can check them out here if you want, but that's not why I mention it. With only 5 guilds having gotten past Thok and 9 past Spoils it seems quite a bit early to be releasing kill videos not even a day after a kill. Now, sure, this isn't an endboss etc, but the competition extends beyond only the top 5 or even top 10 and as soon as a very high ranked guild releases a video, barring some crazy tactics used, it becomes the de facto boss guide. A lot of people don't particularly care about when these videos get released but I certainly do and I think this insane pace of video releases is hurting the race. If nothing else it makes the encounters extremely less fun to play when your guild leader decides that it's time to check the video because he doesn't want to wipe and try to figure out a tactic anymore. It cheapens the game and some guilds that care about their rankings might be pushed into checking the videos because they want to keep up and keep their ranking. Perhaps if more people actually considered the consequences of releasing videos so soon )on the same day as the kills occur, no less) we could have a healthier race.
Or, perhaps, this is just one of those things only I care about.

UPDATE - Sep 20 01:57 CET by Starym
I calmed down I swear. So, we have 5 guilds on the top sharing the same position. Method obviously had the most time on Siegecrafter Blackfuse with Blood Legion behind them, but if the boss is progressively harder than Thok, as has been the case so far, he may live for a while. The longer he's up, the smaller the advantage those first few guilds that downed him have over the others and this race gets that much more interesting.

UPDATE - Sep 20 01:49 CET by Starym
Soooooooooooooooooo yeeeeeea I may just quit this whole thing. APPARENTLY genuine ALSO didn't kill it 5 mins ago or whatever but 30 mins ago, making them the World 4th and Envy 5th. Unless, of course, another guilds shows up showing they actually killed it 3 weeks ago ON THE MOON. Yes, I am upset and annoyed. END OF EXPANSION CURSE.

UPDATE - Sep 20 01:45 CET by Starym
So here's the thing. The reason I'm starting to HATE Wowprogress is that they basically lie. At the moment it says Envy killed Thok 4 minutes ago (at the time I type this) when you can clearly see by our updates (received directly from the guild) that it was in fact 14 minutes ago. And so we have confusion and people not knowing what to think. I don't know why exactly Wowprog does this, perhaps they manually update until they can get the data from armory but it's even worse than if they did nothing since it ruins the whole process and gives out false information.

UPDATE - Sep 20 01:30 CET by Starym
Proving my point from the previous post, Envy have stepped up to the top to play with the leaders. World 4th, EU 3rd on Thok and 11/14.

UPDATE - Sep 20 00:55 CET by Starym
25 man action begets more 25 man action as Midwinter finally burst through the 10/14 ceiling with a nice US 3rd, World 9th on Spoils of Pandaria

UPDATE - Sep 20 00:27 CET by Starym
Some serious action finally! Exorsus are the first to follow the top 2 guilds of this entire expansion and get up there to 11/14. Thok the Bloodthirsty EU 2nd, World 3rd! From such a weird start and all kinds of new threats popping their heads, in the end it did all come down to the same old top 3 from previous tiers. Let's see if there might be a shakeup within that top 3, however.

UPDATE - Sep 19 23:49 CET by Starym
Tranq is the most recent guild past Malkorok, just barely missing out on a EU top 5 spot. 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 22:07 CET by Starym
set sail for fail, ScrubBusters and Prestige Gaming hop on the 9/14 bandwagon, making it 6 guilds on 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 21:48 CET by Starym
Brotherhood of the Wolf have had words with Malkorok and convinced him to die, EU 5th, in fact! 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 20:11 CET by Starym
Let's take stock of the standing a little as the pace has somewhat slowed down. This is the number of guilds that have cleared up to a certain point in the instance (so 1/14 doesn't signify all guilds that killed Immerseus, just those that only killed him)

11/14 - Blood Legion, Method
10/14 - Wraith, TG Gaming, Envy, Exorsus, genuine, Duality
  9/14 - Ascension, Midwinter
8/14 - Advance, Ascendance, Not So Serious, set sail for fail, Apex, Vigil, WHATEVER WERE AWESOME, ScrubBusters,                   Hope n Despair, Prestige Gaming, Immersion
7/14 - Ad Infinitum, Rapid Eye Movement, Exploding Labrats, Black Lotus, Reckoning, Promethean
  6/14 - 11 guilds
  5/14 - 5 guilds
  4/14 - 16 guilds
  3/14 - 61 guilds
  2/14 - 52 guilds
  1/14 - 69 guilds

10/14 - Sanitas, Paragon
  9/14 - CrushTest, Depraved, Avast
8/14 - Disbanded, Cynetic, Fragile, Tranq, Fusion, nfaculty Hordlinge, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Modest, Divnity
  7/14 - Spiters, Moonz
  6/14 - 13 guilds
  5/14 - 8 guilds
  4/14 - 21 guilds
  3/14 - 29 guilds
  2/14 - 161 guilds
  1/14 - 248 guilds

UPDATE - Sep 19 19:47 CET by Starym
CrushTest move up to 9/14 and down Malkorok World 5h, EU 4th making it 3 guilds with 9 bosses killed.

UPDATE - Sep 19 18:50 CET by Starym
These standings really hate me. Literally 10 seconds after typing "we're staying in 10 man for a while" Wraith go ahead and down Spoils EU 6th.

UPDATE - Sep 19 18:47 CET by Starym
Seems we're staying in 10 man for a while, where we have another Malkorok kill. This time it's Depraved who do the honors and snag the World 4th, EU 3rd on the 9th boss.

UPDATE - Sep 19 18:35 CET by Starym
Sanitas are back on even footing with Paragon! 10/14 and the World second on Spoils of Pandaria! With Thok being the first really difficulty boss in 25, if that holds true in 10 we may yet have a fight on our hands for the No.1 spot.

UPDATE - Sep 19 17:13 CET by Starym
TG Gaming grabs the final spot on the EU top5 for Spoils of Pandaria. Another in the 10/14 column.

UPDATE - Sep 19 17:00 CET by Starym
Envy moves up a notch to 10/14, joining the group of now 4 guilds in the second pack. EU 4th, World 6th on Spoils of Pandaria

UPDATE - Sep 19 16:14 CET by Starym
Now the real race begins. Before the tier started quite a few top guilds called Siegecrafter Blakfuse as the first truly challenging boss and Paragons were next on that list. Now that we've arrived at them is the time when we can really judge Siege of Orgrimmar Heroic and whether it lives up to the pretty lofty standards set last tier in Throne of Thunder. If these last 3 bosses manage to be challenging enough the fact that 10 bosses died on the first day of US progress (11 for EU) won't really matter. So can these last 3 bosses last at least another reset? Remember Lei Shen died on the very last day on reset No.2.

UPDATE - Sep 19 15:59 CET by Starym
Exorsus are back, with the Eu 3rd World 5th Spoils kill they rejoin the second pack, now consisting of 3 guilds.

UPDATE - Sep 19 15:49 CET by Starym
25 man seems to have taken offense at my previous statement and we have an update! Ascension secured the US 4th on Malkorok and join the quite large group of 6 on 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 15:41 CET by Starym
Good morning everyone! 10 man seems to be the center of the action at the moment, with several new kills. High Caliber grabs the US No.4 on Nazgrim, Brotherhood of the Wolf Take the EU No.5 spot on Dark Shaman and No.4 on Nazgrim, and CrushTest round out the top 5 on the General. Interestingly, it seems High Caliber skipped everything after Protectors and managed to get their 4th spot on Nazgrim that way. It's understandable they didn't want to be stuck on something they weren't enjoying, so don't let this sound like a condemnation.

UPDATE - Sep 19 15:33 CET by Dodar
Paragon seems not interested in staying at the same encounter with others and moves on to Thok after another world first, this time on spoils

UPDATE - Sep 19 14:30 CET by Dodar
Genuine makes a big step forwars, gaining EU 2nd / World 4th on Spoils of Pandaria. One more guild now at 10/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 11:39 CET by Dodar
Avast finally killed Malkorok and is now part of the 9/14 leader group, consisting of Avast, Sanitas and Paragon

UPDATE - Sep 19 09:59 CET by Dodar
Finally, something happened! Blood Legion finished off Thok the Bloodthirsty and is now on Siegecrafter Blackfuse together with Method. Lets see if Blood Legion can catch up and get another World First.

UPDATE - Sep 19 08:39 CET by Dodar
Well, now we have absolutely no movement in the top ranks at the moment. Seems like this time, the guilds are really stuck with their bosses (or some of them may take breaks as well). One thing maybe worth mentioned, is what myron  wrote in the comments: seems like no guild skipped any of the bosses and all go straight through the instance. Well, the situation is somehow different, Council in ToT was the 3rd Boss, in SoO most guilds have their first real problems with Dark Shamans or Malkorok and they seem to get harder with every boss, so skipping one doesnt make sense.

UPDATE - Sep 19 06:37 CET by Starym
Just as I was finally going to sleep in come Duality with their damn pretty amazing 10/14, World third, US second Spoils of Pandaria kill! Not only did I have to type this up but it also got me pumped for the US race so now I can't really sleep. THANKS DUALITY. In more serious commentary - Blood Legion might just have a challenger on their hands for the US title, and seeing as they've been stuck on Thok for quite a while, seeing Method go past them, are probably prety frustrated about now, which is rarely productive. Perhaps the curse will only affect the top US guild this expansion? No, of course not, because there is no curse (there is).

UPDATE - Sep 19 6:20 CET by Starym
Modest grab the US third on Nazgrim soon after Divinity and are now part of the 8/14 group consisting of 4 guilds.

UPDATE - Sep 19 05:38 CET by Starym
Divnity are still up and about, getting back up there with a World 5th, US 2nd General Nazgrim kill. They are now tied with Avast on 8/14 and have a shot at the US No.1 as well as the World No.3.

UPDATE - Sep 19 04:24 CET by Starym
Modest get the US 3rd on Dark Shaman and are at 7/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 03:59 CET by Starym
It seems my "pace slowed down" comment was a poor choice, as Sanitas didn't quite get the memo. They've moved up to No.2 in the 10 man race, downing Malkorok as World and EU 2nd!

UPDATE - Sep 19 03:46 CET by Starym
As the pace slows down a bit there's still stuff happening. WHATEVER WERE AWESOME and Ascension grabbed the US 4th and 5th On General Nazgrim...
And Moonz also showed up to the party, claiming the EU 4th on Dark Shaman.

UPDATE - Sep 19 02:50 CET by Starym
Duality and Midwinter are back in the mix and finally got over that Malkorok hurdle. 9/14 and US second and third, respectively.

UPDATE - Sep 19 01:59 CET by Starym
The killshot:

Thok the Bloodthirsty 25m World First by Method

Envy also wanted to join in the fun so they went ahead and killed Malkorok EU 6th and are at 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 19 01:58 CET by Starym
It wouldn't be a progress race without Paragon and Method one update after the next. Paragon have downed Malkorok World first around the same time as Method got their 11/14! That puts Paragon in the lead and it seems fairly certain they'll remain there.

UPDATE - Sep 19 01:48 CET by Starym
Well, here's an update I don't need Wowprog for: Method have downed the 11th boss in the instance. World First on Thok the Bloodthirsty! Now the race is going in an extremely familiar direction. Could it be that Method will be the first guild ever to keep their crown at the end of an expansion? Will the curse strike them on one of the last 3 bosses? Will I stop mentioning this pretty dumb curse thing I probably made up? No.

UPDATE - Sep 19 01:43 CET by Starym
Again with the backtracking...It appears genuine were in fact the fifth guild to down Malkorok with Wraith lagging behind by some 20 minutes. I guess the end of expansion curse has only affected Wowprog. And me.

UPDATE - Sep 19 01:35 CET by Starym
Wraith have come in at the No.5 overall spot as well as No.5 on Malkorok, as well as EU 4th.

UPDATE - Sep 19 00:36 CET by Starym
Apparently not. With Wowprogress now updated (hopefully) it's a bit of a mess. Sanitas are supposed to have gotten Nazgrim ahead of even Paragon (if only by afew minutes) and Depraved came in third. So Sanitas Eu first, World second on him then Paragon then Depraved. Unless of course it changes again. Have I mentioned HOW FUN it is to cover this race when it takes 2 hours to update a kill?

UPDATE - Sep 19 00:28 CET by Starym
Back to 10 man where Depraved have climbed to the top group and surpassed both Divinity and Sanitas with their Nazgrim EU second, World third kill for 8/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 23:05 CET by Starym
And we're there! The standard point in the past progress races has been achieved with the two top guilds in the expansion at it again, neck and neck at the same amount of bosses killed. Method have fully caught up and claimed the EU first, World second on Spoils of Pandaria and are now going for the lead.

Spoils of Pandaria 25m World second, EU first by Method

UPDATE - Sep 18 22:28 CET by Starym
We're staying with 10 man for a while it seems, as Paragon have decided to no longer share 7/14 with two other guilds and instead opt to move forward to 8/14 and tie with current leader Avast. EU First, World second on General Nazgrim. Now the real race begins and we'll see if anyone has a real chance of stopping Paragon.

UPDATE - Sep 18 21:44 CET by Starym
Sanitas follow Paragon up again as they defeat the Dark Shaman EU second, World fourth and go up to 7/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 21:12 CET by Starym
TG steps up yet again! This time they not only secured the EU 4th spot for themselves, but the World 4th as well. Malkorok fell to them and led them to 9/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 20:32 CET by Starym
Paragon heading for the top again as they finally get that pesky Dark Shaman down! 7/14 with a probably avalanche of kills to follow soon. EU first and only 1 boss away from the leading US guild.

UPDATE - Sep 18 20:09 CET by Starym
genuine pull ahead of arch-nemesis-for-like-1-boss Wraith and grab the EU 5th on General Nazgrim, 8/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 19:48 CET by Starym
Another in the 6/14 group, Russian guild Fusion grab the No.4 kill on Iron Juggernaut.

UPDATE - Sep 18 19:41 CET by Starym
With the action at the top seemingly calming down for a while, we should mention Wraith and genuine how secured the EU 5th and 6th kills on Dark Shaman and are both on 7/14 at the moment.

UPDATE - Sep 18 18:59 CET by Starym
And action there was. Exorsus got the 9/14 down mere minutes after Method, nabbing the EU second and World, third along the way. It's heating up!

UPDATE - Sep 18 18:54 CET by Starym
Well, well. Things are coming back to normal it seems. Method have pulled ahead of the pack and are now in 2nd place on 9/14! EU first, World 2nd Malkorok. Only one boss to go to having our old familiar race, with Blood Legion and Method neck and neck. This will certainly give a bit of a kick to Exorsus and Envy as well, so get ready for some action!

UPDATE - Sep 18 18:20 CET by Starym
Now that we've seen a bit of the race unfold, it's time to vote for who you think will win the 25 man race! Head on over here and share your predictions.

UPDATE - Sep 18 17:28 CET by Starym
TG Gaming! Another boss falls to them as they consistently charge after Exorsus, Envy and Method and they've reached their goal. In the 8/14 group are 6 guilds now and TG earned themselves an EU 4th, World 7th on General Nazgrim.

UPDATE - Sep 18 17:18 CET by Starym
Hordlinge have caught up to Paragon and Sanitas on 6/14 and take the EU 3rd on Iron Juggernaut. It seems Dark Shaman is something of a challenge at least on 10 man so Paragon might get a run for their money soon. CURSE!

UPDATE - Sep 18 17:01 CET by Starym
TG Gaming continue their impressive bid for 4th place in the EU with another kill just behind Method, this time on Dark Shaman to go 7/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:46 CET by Starym
Method catch up to the top 2 current EU guilds and down General Nazgrim EU third, World 6th for that 8/14 mark.

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:34 CET by Starym
Sanitas mean business as they surpass Hordlinge and even up with Paragon on 6/14 wit their EU second, World 5th Iron Juggernaut kill. It seems we may have a race on our hands in 10 man as well. END OF EXPANSION CURSE!!!1

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:34 CET by Starym
Sanitas head on up to 5/14, evening up with Hordlinge, and claim the EU third on Galakras.

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:31 CET by Starym
Avast's General Nazgrim killshot:

General Nazgrim 10 man World First by Avast

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:15 CET by Starym
Envy is hot on Exorsus heels and determined to stay ahead of Method, they downed Nazgrim EU second, World 5th and are no on 8/14

UPDATE - Sep 18 16:05 CET by Starym
As we move up with bosses downed in EU the situation is calming down a little and resembling previous races more, with Paragon pushing to the front in 10 man and Exorsus and Method fairly close in 25. Is Method's performance up til now an indication of what's to come or have they just been taking it relatively easy considering the lesser importance of these earlier bosses? In any case Blood Legion, Exorsus and Envy are definitely as much contenders for that World First Garrosh as Method is and I'm just feeling that end of tier shake up coming! Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go collapse back into bed before I die.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:59 CET by Starym
Exorsus forge on ahead and dispose of General Nazgrim for that 8/14 and a tie with the 3 US guilds under Blood Legion. EU first, World 4th.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:58 CET by Starym
Paragon have broken away from the pack in the EU and downed Iron Juggernaut EU first.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:55 CET by Starym
Let's take a small break and get these standings a little organized: Blood Legion remain on the high spot of 10 (TEN) bosses down their first day, with a two boss advantage over 3 US guilds, Midwinter, Duality and Ascension. The EU guilds have started catching up and it's been a weird one, with Method lagging behind both Exorsus and Envy so far and all three of them have settled in on 7/14 at the moment.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:55 CET by Starym
Now that I've caught up, managed to catch my breath and cried out of frustration over the ever changing standings, let's see what's been happening. The tables have been updated as best as currently possible.

The major changes are: genuine in 25 man claimed the EU first on Immerseus, Hordlinge 10m claimed the EU firsts on Immerseus and Protectors and there were a few more changes, particularly in 10 man.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:46 CET by Starym
After talking to Method we've found out they're on 7/14 at the moment having just downed Dark Shaman EU third. And so we have the old EU team back together with Exorsus leading the pack and Method in an unfamiliar situation in third place. But this is just the warm up of the Heroic race as the final 4 bosses are what matters, but the race is certainly shaping up to be VERY interesting.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:42 CET by Starym
TG Gaming just secured the EU fourth, World 9th on iron Juggernaut.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:30 CET by Starym
Envy just grabbed the World 6th on Dark Shaman and it seems Exorsus got there before them and grabbed the EU first, World 5th.

UPDATE - Sep 18 15:25 CET by Starym
There's a lot of chaos on Wowprog at the moment, but we're updating the tables right now

More and more action, just as I'm trying to go to sleep! Duality caught up with Midwinter and just missed Blood Legion on 8/14, claiming the World third on Nazgrim in the process.
Avast haven't been just standing around looking at 25 mans either, they're forging ahead and got yet another World First, this time on Galakras bringing them up to 5/14.

Galakras 10 man World First by Avast

UPDATE - Sep 18 06:27 CET by Starym
Ugh. Just when you though we had a proper boss on our hands... Blood Legion have gone 9/14, presumably out of annoyance at having to share the same number of boss kills with anyone else! World First on the first actual boss of the instance, Malkorok!

Malkorok 25m World First by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 18 06:11 CET by Starym
Midwinter have reached the top! Blood Legion suddenly has company on the first even remotely difficult boss of the tier as they claim the World second and come to 8/14. Meanwhile Ascension goes to 5/14 and downs Galakras in 5th place.
Divinity join the 4/14 club and get Sha down World third.

UPDATE - Sep 18 05:50 CET by Starym
Nightmare Asylum are back in the top group consisting of them and Avast. They've downed Sha and are on 4/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 05:36 CET by Starym
Duality were not far behind their boss killing buddies at Midwinter and claimed the 3rd spot on the Dark Shaman and are now also a boss away from the leaders, at 7/14.
Meanwhile WHATEVER WERE AWESOME broke away from the growing 4/14 pack (consisting of Unhuman, Ascension and Vigil) and downed Galakras to step on up to 5/14 and the No.4 spot in the rankings.

UPDATE - Sep 18 05:11 CET by Starym
Midwinter keep proving their worth as the No.2 with yet another kill, this time on Kor'kron Dark Shaman - 7/13 and only 1 boss away from leaders Blood Legion.

UPDATE - Sep 18 04:52 CET by Starym
Another new face around the top and I love it! Unhuman have oushed through the many 3/14 guilds and downed Sha of Pride to take the World 4th and show themselves just a touch better than the rest of the pack. Caps heroes and the greatest enemies of my shift key, WHATEVER WERE AWESOME came in just after Unhuman and grabbed the 5th spot on Sha.

UPDATE - Sep 18 04:44 CET by Starym
It seems Apophasis and Dvinity's roles were reversed, but now Wowprog fixed it so Divinity gets the rightful 3rd on Norushen while Apophasis gets 4th. Blood Fury also finished up the thrid boss in No.5.

UPDATE - Sep 18 04:24 CET by Starym
Avast get yet another World First, this time on Sha of Pride, bringing them up to 4/14 and putting them in the lead yet again. Meanwhile Apophasis rejoined the top group with 3/14 and a Norushen kill and Divinity was right behind them and grabbed the 4th spot on the third boss.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:58 CET by Starym
With the insane pace of progress so far, esprcially in 25 man we didn't get a breather to talk about the non top5 guilds that much so let's see who else is progressing consistently in this tier: Vigil is at No.7 and managed to down Norushen and then we have a small group of guilds on 2/14, led by Reckoning and rounded out by Alone, Supermassive and Promethean.
In 10 man progress is a bit slower with the top two guilds at 3/14, so let's take a look at some of the less mentioned guilds at 2/14: Invictus lead the pack, followed by Divinity, Modest, stalk and kill and Topped Off.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:50 CET by Starym
We currently have 11 guilds on 2/14 and 26 on 1/14 or higher in 25 man, while in 10 man 17 guilds downed the first boss and 10 the second.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:38 CET by Starym
It's a matter of minutes with Midwinter and Duality, with the latter only missing out on the World second on Iron Juggernaut by 4 minutes. Duality take spot No.3 and move up to 6/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:30 CET by Starym
Midwinter have bumped ahead of Duality this time, getting Iron Juggernaut World 2nd, putting them on 6/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:13 CET by Starym
The Overture/Ascension/WHATEVER WERE AWESOME triangle at Norushen has been resolved - spots 4, 5 and 6, respectively.
There's tons of new guilds getting added constantly on Wowprog so just check the tables for updates.

UPDATE - Sep 18 03:07 CET by Starym
Sigh. 8/14. World First General Nazgrim for Blood Legion. No Comment.

General Nazgrim 25m World First by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:55 CET by Starym
Well as predicted not a minute ago Midwinter have just climbed to 5/14 and there's going to be quite the race between them and Duality.
Wowprog has woken up and added several new 10 man guilds, primarily Esoteric who got the World third on Protectors and 4th on Immerseus. It seems reliable isn't something we're going to be calling Wowprog this progress, at least when it comes to the 10 man race. Also entering the standings are Fallen Empire, who took the No.5 spot at Immerseus and Topped off at No.7.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:54 CET by Starym
Duality have claimed 2nd place and downed Galakras ahead of Midwinter. At 5/14 this World second gives them a solid position and we may see a bit of a scuffle between the No.3 and 3 guilds.
Nightmare Asylum have taken the World second on Norushen and are at 2/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:47 CET by Starym
Avast have broken through the 2/14 barrier and downed Norushen World First! 3/14 and at the top of the standings.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:40 CET by Starym
Just as I was about to comment Dark Shaman for surviving a FULL HOUR!!1 he goes ahead and dies. Blood Legion continue their rampage through Orgrimmar and have now also killed a shaman. World First and 7/14!

Kor'kron Dark Shaman 25m World First by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:21 CET by Starym
WHATEVER WERE AWESOME have also downed Norushen and are the first to come up on Wowprog after Duality, but we're going to have to wait for Overture and Ascension's kills to be logged before we know which is where.
Vigil also entered the race with their Immerseus kill at No. 7.
Apophasis have retained their No.3 spot by downing Fallen Protectors and going up to 2/14 along with the other two 10 man guilds in the race at the moment (or at least the other two being tracked by Wowprog.
Divinity mark the fourth guild to show up in the 10 man race with their Immerseus kill.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:21 CET by Starym
Duality join the 4/14 club with their Sha of Pride kill, holding on to their No.3 spot!
WHATEVER WERE AWESOME have also downed Norushen and are the first to come up on Wowprog after Duality, but we're going to have to wait for Overture and Ascension's kills to be logged before we know which is where.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:16 CET by Starym
Ascension has also downed Norushen and we're going to have to wait for Wowprog to see if they or Overture actually got 4th or 5th places. For now it seems Overture were there first, but we can't know for sure.

UPDATE - Sep 18 02:04 CET by Starym
Overture are the fourth guild to down Norushen and go to 3/14! They're somewhat of a newcomer to the World First race (the top, anyway) so welcome to them and we hope they stay for a long time and become a staple of our progress races! Congratulations to them.
We also had more table updates as Wowprog got Ascension's Protector's kill registered and it seems they were 3 minutes late and Overture instead claimed the no.4 spot.

UPDATE - Sep 18 01:58 CET by Starym
Midwinter continue to cement themselves as the No.2 US guild, breaching the 4/14 barrier and downing Sha of Pride World 2nd.

UPDATE - Sep 18 01:37 CET by Starym
With Wowprogress updating it seems Overture was faster on Immerseus than WHATEVER WERE AWESOME and snagged the 5th spot ahead of them and did the same with Protectors.

UPDATE - Sep 18 01:25 CET by Starym
In less INSANE news, WHATEVER WERE AWESOME jumped into the race and got the first boss down and then proceeded to slap Protectors in the face almost immediately after that. They're at 2/14 now and in 4th place overall. The pack is slowly building, with 5 guilds now having gotten past that first hurdle.

UPDATE - Sep 18 01:11 CET by Starym
Well, now it's getting really sad. 6/14 in around 2 hours. Blood Legion forge ahead and down Iron Juggernaut World First and continue to break away from the pack.

UPDATE - Sep 18 01:02 CET by Starym
Duality are marching up. 3/14 with Norushen down and securing the No.3 spot on the boss and overall.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:54 CET by Starym
Ascension downed Fallen Protectors quite a while ago, taking the World 4th and getting to 2/14. Thanks to the commenters for the heads up - I wasn't paying attention down there but I will now!

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:48 CET by Starym
There's just no stopping them. BL have another World First under their belt having crossed Galakras off their list. 5/14 in under 2 hours.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:46 CET by Starym
Avast caught up to Nightmare Asylum and downed Fallen Protectors, claiming the World second and are on 2/14.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:38 CET by Starym
Midwinter passed Norushen and are on 3/14, still very close on the heels of Blood Legion.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:27 CET by Starym
Nightmare Asylum have taken the lead and downed the Fallen Protectors (who have fallen) and are now on 2/14.
Apophasis also started up their bid for the top by downing Immerseus and heading to 1/14 and spot No.3.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:23 CET by Starym
Another Sha down! This time it's Pride's turn at the hands of Blood Legion who are now on 4/14 with yet another World First.

UPDATE - Sep 18 00:07 CET by Starym
Duality hops on the "Fallen Protectors have fallen" bandwagon and slide into third place.

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:59 CET by Starym
Nightmare Asylum has joined the race and downed Immerseus, putting them in second place.

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:51 CET by Starym
Midwinter are catching up, coming up to 2/14 with their Fallen protectors kill.

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:44 CET by Starym
BL are taking things seriously as usual, downing the third boss, Norushen within 40ish minutes of the tier being opened. At the very least the bosses are getting progressively more difficult!

Norushen 25m World First by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:40 CET by Starym
Duality comes in at No.4 on the first boss and Wowprogress seems to be having a tough time with the kill dates, but they're updating the list frequently so it should all be sorted out eventually.
Avast seem to have gotten the World First on Immerseus, as they're the only ones showing up on Wowprogress at the moment - we'll see if that stays that way, but if it does, congratulations!

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:30 CET by Starym
Ascension have also joined the 1/14 club and have the privilege of being the first ones to show up on Wowprogress.

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:20 CET by Starym
There won't be any stopping for quite a while now, as Blood Legion continue to bash through the content as if it was... well Normals. The Fallen Protectors have...well you know. BL 2/14!

World First Fallen Protectors 25 man by Blood Legion

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:14 CET by Starym
Midwinter follow suit and also get passed Immerseus who, shockingly, wasn't much of a challenge. Again, with Wowprogress not logging these kills yet, we can't be sure of the exact rankings so we're just going by what the guilds tell us at the moment.

UPDATE - Sep 17 23:05 CET by Starym
Aaand we're off. Blood Legion have already downed Immerseus and went 1/14 mere minutes after the servers went up! Considering the chaos of these first few bosses we won't be absolutely sure whether it's a World First but you can be pretty certain BL got it.

UPDATE - Sep 17 22:52 CET by Starym
Servers have started coming online now, we're minutes away from the start of the final tier of Mists of Pandaria. GET PUMPED! Or, you know, don't.

UPDATE - Sep 17 22:17 CET by Starym
I jinxed it...

Maintenance has been extended by another hour.  We anticipate that we will have realms available by 02:00 PM PDT.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.

See you in another hour then!

UPDATE - Sep 17 22:07 CET by Starym
It's time! No further announcements about extending maintenance and we should be seeing servers pop up any minute now, promptly followed by many, many dead bosses.

UPDATE - Sep 17 20:34 CET by Starym
As was expected, maintenance has been extended:

Maintenance has been extended by two hours.  We now expect realms to be available by 1:00 pm PDT / 10 pm CET.  Please check back here for any additional information.  Thank you for your patience.

_______________________________________________________

We're here! The Tier 16 Heroic progress race starts in only a few hour's time! The US servers are down for maintenance until approximately 11AM PDT / 8PM CET so we have some time left before those bosses start falling. To get ready for the insanity of this expansion-ending race you might want to check out our Warm Up articles (ToT Race Recap, Preparation for Siege).

It's going to be a memorable one this time in 25 man, I can feel it. With all the history behind end of expansion raids and no guild sticking through an entire expansion as No.1, will Method be able to defend their throne? Blood Legion has been coming closer and closer, and they have the taste of an instance endboss WF with Shek'zeer - they'll certainly be giving it their all and this is their best chance. Exorsus can never be counted out as their strategies are often crazy yet always manage to work, so they're definitely the wildcard in the equation and you can never know what to expect. But there are plenty of other guilds out there that might just be the dark horse and surprise everyone - Midwinter and Envy are definitely going to square off, but they also might jump to the top considering the skill they've shown in Throne.

All we know is that nothing is certain in this tier and there will be a serious competition in 25 man and Paragon is still up for World Firsts in 10. Perhaps the end of expansion "curse" might strike again and we could have both a new 10 and 25 man No.1? Let's find out.

    EU vs US + Oceanic?
